HOLD’EM

OBJECT OF THE GAME:

The highest-ranking hand wins the pot.  The dealer button rotates clockwise after each hand.
The game is played with a standerd deck of 52 crards no joker.
The suits are all of equal value. this game is played high only

THE PLAY:

Holdem is played with a flat disc called a dealer button. The player with the button receives his card last.
The two players left of the dealer button post blind before any card is dealt.
The blinds are live and counte as a part of the player’s bet.
All players are dealt two down cards(hole cards) as their intital starting hand.
There is a round of betting and then action starts with the player in front of the big blind.
All players have the right to throw their hand away, call the big blind or raise the pot. The action goes clockwise.
Three board cards(called the flop) are now turned face up at once in the center of the table, and another round of betting occurs.
The action now starts with the first active player in front of the button. The next two board cards are turned face up(the turn and the river) one at  time, with a round of betting after each card. The five board cards are shared by all active players.
Example:
The player may play 5 cards on the board or use one card from their hand and 4 from the board or use both cards in their hand and 3 cards from the board.  (You must declare playing the board before throwing in your hand.)
