Welcome to the Players Club, a nice friendly place to enjoy a day of Poker!!! Join us and make some new friends, enjoy our restaruant fare, and relax in beautiful Ventura, California.

As the only cardroom between Los Angeles and Lompoc, we offer a comfortable cardroom experience with larger cardroom amenities. We like to call ourselves

"The Biggest Little Cardroom in California"

History of the Player's Club

The Players Club was established as a state regulated cardroom in the 1930's. Pinky Donahue became the owner in 1949 and his widow, Monica, still owns the club today.

We've been playing Texas Holdem, Omaha, and some other variants of poker long before the World Series of Poker and the Online world made them as popular as they are today.

Did You Know?

We rotate our dealers between tables and the various flavors of poker played at those tables every 30- 40 minutes.

Every cardroom employee is licensed by the state of California.

The Players Club is regulated by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Collection rates are fixed by California state law.

Here's how to get here, come on by, I'd love to meet you.

We're just 9 blocks up from Main St. on the right or 7 blocks down from Stanley (off the 33) on the northeast corner of Barnett St. and N. Ventura Ave.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From 101 going North
Exit California St., veer right and get in left hand lane and turn left at the light of E. Thompson Blvd (if you miss it, just turn left at the next light)
Turn right on Ventura Ave.
The club is on the right about 1/2 mile

From 101 going South
Exit S. Ventura Ave, the club is on the right about 1/2 mile
