Rules for Omaha Hi/Lo Split
OMAHA HI/LO SPLIT
OBJECT OF THE GAME:
Omaha is often played high-low split, 8 or better for low.
You may use any combination of 2 hole cards and 3 boardcards for your high hand and another (or the same) combination of 2 hole cards 3 boardcards for your low hand.
In Omaha Hi/Lo Split most of Hold’Em rules apply except playing the board, which is not possible in Omaha Hi/Lo Split.
To win half the pot the player must have an 8 or better for low, there must be 3 cards 8 or below on the board for a low hand; otherwise the high hand will win the entire pot.
THE PLAY:
The betting is the same as in Texas Holdem.
